Scope and responsibility
SHIKAVA LLC, a company registered in Delaware, United States, operates this informational website and is responsible for its use of personal information. This policy covers visits to this site and its current pre-launch functions, not independent websites linked from it. Our verified U.S. mailing and correspondence address is listed below; it is not a headquarters or returns address.
Information handled when you visit
Hosting and delivery providers process technical information needed to serve and protect pages, including request, device, security and usage information. We also process business enquiries and newsletter signup addresses you deliberately submit. No payments, checkout or public account registration are provided. Newsletter mailing is deferred; no confirmation or campaign emails are sent.
Business enquiries
When you submit Contact or a professional enquiry, we store your name, email, country, language, enquiry type and message in SHIKAVA’s private CRM. We use it to handle your business enquiry. A submission identifier prevents duplicate saves. Only authorised staff can read enquiries. Email notification is not configured yet, and the form states whether an enquiry was saved; saving is not proof of email delivery. Please do not include health information or patient records. Contact does not enrol you in marketing.
Routine Builder and your choices
Routine Builder starts only after your affirmative consent to its educational use. Answers remain in this page’s temporary memory. They are not sent, saved, logged, placed in a web address or included in analytics events by the website. Reset removes your answers; reloading or closing the page also clears them. Navigation and hosting measurement are separate from these answers. The builder is not a diagnosis, treatment or medical consultation.
Newsletter signups
With your separate explicit consent, we store your email address, language, signup source, consent version and timestamp in our private subscriber list for future SHIKAVA news. Your signup remains pending activation, not double-opt-in confirmed. No mailing service is connected and no confirmation or campaign email is sent. You may withdraw consent through Contact. Authorised staff can suppress addresses and review retention or erase the email; a hashed suppression fingerprint and minimal consent/audit history remain to prevent unwanted resubscription. There is no fixed automatic retention period configured yet.
Purposes and legal basis
Technical processing supports delivery, availability, abuse prevention, troubleshooting and understanding site visits. Information you voluntarily send by post is used to address your correspondence or privacy request. Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on the relevant basis for the purpose, including legitimate interests in secure site operation, legal obligations, or consent where required. We do not treat use of the website as blanket consent to optional tracking. The local Routine consent authorises that local educational activity, not marketing or remote collection.
Cookies, storage and visit measurement
Hosting may set cookies, including __cf_bm and __dpl, and processes technical, usage and navigation information. Browser session storage can remember navigation and scroll position; it does not store Routine answers or enquiry drafts. The hosting provider describes its visitor analytics as cookieless, using a temporary visit identifier. Cookieless measurement still processes information. Providers, sharing and international processing
Our hosting provider serves the website, while business enquiries are stored in SHIKAVA’s private CRM. Authorised SHIKAVA staff use them to respond. No email transport or marketing provider is configured yet. We do not send contact details or Routine answers to AI. Hosting providers process technical and usage information under their terms. Processing regions and transfer safeguards remain to be confirmed. Information may be disclosed where law requires; the site has no advertising trackers or data-sale function.
Retention
Routine answers remain only in page memory and are cleared when reset, reloaded or closed. Business enquiries are stored in our private CRM until reviewed for deletion according to their purpose, necessity and applicable obligations; a fixed retention period has not yet been configured. Hosting logs follow provider retention arrangements. You may request deletion at info@shikava.co. Do not submit sensitive health data.
Your choices and privacy requests
You can leave the site, reset Routine, clear a draft and use browser controls to block or delete cookies and site storage. Blocking necessary security or delivery technologies may affect access. Depending on applicable law and your circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection or withdrawal of consent, and may complain to an appropriate supervisory authority. These rights are subject to applicable conditions. Send privacy requests to SHIKAVA LLC at the mailing address below, describing the request and a safe way to reply. We may need proportionate information to verify identity; do not send medical records or unnecessary identification documents.
Children and minors
This site is general informational content, not a service directed to children. Routine is not a substitute for a parent, guardian or qualified clinician’s advice. Please do not submit children’s personal or health information. If you believe information relating to a child has reached us, contact us by post so the concern can be reviewed under applicable law.
Security and external links
We use the hosting platform’s security controls and restrict the application’s collection functions, but no website, network, browser or clipboard can be guaranteed secure. External sites and your device may apply different privacy practices. Review their policies before sharing information. Please do not use this website for emergencies or confidential medical communication.
