    Dr. Ismael Faqih

    FOUNDER & MEDICAL DIRECTOR

    PLASTIC & AESTHETIC SURGEON

Dr. Ismael Faqih has worked in medicine for over 20 years, including over 15 years in plastic surgery and aesthetic medicine. Through caring for thousands of patients, he has seen how thoughtful daily care can influence recovery, confidence and long-term wellbeing.

As Founder and Medical Director, he guides SHIKAVA's medical and scientific direction. His role is to ensure that every product begins with a real need, asks the right questions and is developed with clinical observation, formulation expertise and product-specific evidence.

For Dr. Ismael, responsible care begins with listening - and with helping people understand not only what they use, but why it belongs in their routine.

    Co-Founder

Shireen Jawhar brings experience in aesthetic nursing, skin therapy and patient care to SHIKAVA's product development. She created the SHIKAVA name from the initials of the family.

Her perspective is shaped by the experience of caring for people: the details of a conversation, the feel of a routine and the importance of clear information. Aesthetic nursing and skin therapy inform her contribution to product development, connecting the family’s ideas with the human experience of care.

    Mohammed Jawhar

    Co-Founder

Mohammed Jawhar leads business development, product innovation and international distribution, turning the family's work into a company built to last.

His contribution connects product ideas with the work of building a business. Business development and international distribution require consistency as well as ambition: keeping the company’s direction aligned with the family’s approach through consistent, responsible international business development.

Three disciplines. One shared approach.

Medicine, patient care and business development meet in SHIKAVA. Each brings a different question; together they shape a more considered conversation about what we develop, how we explain it and how the company grows.

A perspective that keeps learning.

Lifelong learning and international education broaden the conversation beyond any one discipline. Published evidence, formulation specialists and scientific collaboration remain part of that exchange. This ongoing exchange keeps us learning from different perspectives and refining our approach to care.
